Active member of the Working Group on Protein Analysis (PAWG) of the Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance - Metrology in Chemistry and Biology (CCQM). Chair of the IFCC working group on Standardization of Procalcitonin assays (WG-PCT). Current coordinator of the European Metrology Partnership funded project on “fundamental protein metrology to support the definition of measurands, analytical targets, and their associated measurement uncertainty” (ProMET).
